Adult Services
Ages 18 and up
Adulthood is comprised of its own set of stages in development, and include important life challenges such as forming and maintaining intimate and loving relationships, joining the workforce and creating balance between work and home life, starting a family, creating a sense of purpose and accomplishment, contributing to the community, settling into an identity, retirement, and passing on wisdom to future generations. Whatever stage of adulthood you are in, individual therapy will be guided by you and your specific concerns.
Our therapy services are designed to help and support adults who are struggling with life’s demands and difficulties. We can provide individual therapy services to those who are struggling with everyday problems such as family stressors, grief and loss, work-life balance, anger management, relationship problems, identity issues, and life transitions. Specialized training also equips us to treat mental health issues or specific clinical diagnoses, such as mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, personality disorders, and substance misuse.
We offer a safe and confidential environment that is supportive and empathic. Together, we will work with you to design a treatment plan that will target your needs while discovering an approach to therapy that works for you.
Adult assessment services are offered to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Specialized training offers us the opportunity to assess and diagnose a variety of disorders.
** We currently offer psychoeducational assessments only at this time.
